Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged
We accept returns and exchanges for:
- Defective products
- Non-defective products (as long as they are in new condition)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Packs of trading cards
- Items purchased with store credit
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Magazines and newspapers
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at xander@otakudungeons.com with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.
Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If items were dropshipped and not fulfilled by Otaku Dungeons directly, we will launch an internal investigation. If we determine the issue was with the supplier, Otaku Dungeons will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible (except in verified dropship error cases)
- Restocking fees: None
- Return method: By mail only
- Return label: Not provided
- Product condition required: New
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of return receipt and approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.
- The item is returned after the 30-day return window.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Unopened and in new condition
Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
